What is fsw? Whatever it is he cant go everywhere he has a shop to work at every day and he has tons of people sending him their motors and suspionsion, he is a very busy guy. Also we just got back from oklahoma this weekend.

i own the scrambler 400 and the 05 pred le and the pred is a lot faster stock. As far as HP goes I would seem to think you get more HP of of the 400 scrambler because its a two stroke. The pred might still be faster based on lighter weight and bigger bore giving more torgue in a drag.

why does it seem the stock pred go's faster, to me i think its the throttle response, even though i clocked my pred at 89mph

 

Put my GPS on my friends 05 LE pred on sunday and with a 275lb rider did 69.2 on pavement. Also ran my 400 and with same rider, same road, it did 65.3.

 

If this nicholas guy had such a powerful pred he would take time out to go to fsw if he really had a pred like that. plus, would polaris offer him a job with high pay if he tests out their stuff and gives them advice? you could make a lot of money doing that for them. sounds like he needs to quit his job. Tell nicholas guy to tell polaris to make a 600 scrambler that weighs 350lbs with 4wd and is 2 stroke. haha easier said then done. BTW HEAD, what part of iowa do you live in? i live in omaha, Ne. Maybe if u live near ill show u some of my favorite spots near me.

 

I just got a new predator tld 2005 a month ago and i clocked it at 77mph on a hard dirt strip!!![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img]

 

i don't want to put down what the magic shop can do up there as with the
predator,but 80 hp from a 50 hp stocker engine seem a lot of grin' for
a 4 stroke,needing a less moving parts and lot lighter rotating mass,
but as always polaris are the most detuned unit out there so potential
is indeed with any fuji motors available in there,
i just can't figure out want the shopers don't understand from japaness
motors,it is a single DOCH,with short stroke,the ignition system must be
the key in that case or the big bore motor.
