yeah, but it also sounds like he could be making a lot of it up too. my 400 scrammy is pushin about 52hp and i max out at 85. he is full of it. my scrambler is mostly torque tho, i could get a lot more top end out of it.

Chevyboy, I am so busy I do not get a chance to scan the forums, but tonight I came across your statement doughting my Predator building capabilities. For fact the Polaris race department does pay me to build there factory motors with my design . I also develop motors with all my own ideas for the Predator , in so many differant configurations, more than probably most of all the other shops together. I also built the first Predator motor to win a national event, and it won two in a row (call Daryl Rath to confirm my abilities with motors). This is after Polaris had had many differant companies try to get the power I ended up getting out of it fail to produce satisfactory results. If you have any doughts on my credability, please call Falicon (Ken Elliott), Web Cams (Debbie), Wiseco (Steve Johnson),CP pistons (Terry Stewert),JE pistons (Brian) and the list goes on. Sir, just because you have not heard of me is no surprise, as I do not advertise in any of the major mags. The fact is Polaris alone keeps me busy enough that I have not much time for customer work. My son and myself do race the Predator in many differant venues of racing, this allows us to test motors in real world situations. As of this date my drag Predator has never been beat by another four stroke on gas in a 100 yard sand or dirt drag ,and I have raced at many differant locations besides my own state.I have built many motors for customers that continually win races. I feel that I test all the products longer and in more differant conditions than most of the other shops, before I offer any thing for sale. For all the customers that I have done work for and continue to do work for that call back with positive results and help explain my company, Nicholas Racing, to people on the differant forums,Thanks a lot! Signed Doug Nicholas (the above statement was in no way intended to advertise for Nicholas Racing, only to help explain who I am and what I do. If I have offended anyone it is by no intention of mine as I truely just enjoy what I do)

wow, thats pretty cool. The other guy made it sound unrealistic if you know what i mean. And i also didnt know they paid you to design things for the predator for them, thanks for clarifying that. He just made it sound so unbelievable but coming from the actual person helps alot. Wish you made stuff for scrammys too, then id be real interested in your buisness.

My Uncle has a 1985 ATC 250R...he used to take it to the track in the 80's and wind out half track going 80 MPH!! He has the time cards to prove it. Just recently I went out and got a 2004 Predator...my dad raced the 250R and beat it! the predator pulled out at the beginning and stayed about 3 quad lengths ahead of the 250R for about a half a mile. So the Predator goes at least 80 and can crawl out at the beginning...it's got *****.
Mind you..the 250R is Piped, has a K&N, and is Jetted Correctly
