leaking gas cap

when i fill up my gas tank om my 04 scrambler 500 seems like gas comes out form under my gas cap.like when i climb small hills and jumps. how can i fix it.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

leaking gas cap

Check the neck on your fuel tank. I've seen them crack there from overtightning. Is the gasket still up inside the cap?

i dont think so have not seen the gasket. dont think it never had 1. wondering if i could make 1
