Ok here goes if you put taller tires on and lost top end rpm , should you not be able to put lighter weights in the primary clutch to gain back the lost rpm on top or would you use heaver wieghts?

i don't know about the polaris tranny, but if it uses the same basic principles as the yamaha ultramatic, you would use lighter weights to INCREASE rpm at any given speed.

Heavy weights give you better take off but you
loose top end, lighter weights should give back
your top end loss.

GOOD LUCK
