I am trying to get things cleaned up ont this thing. What does everyone use for polishing their parts up? I have been using a dremel with the wire brush, then using the polishing compound. It works, its just taking forever.

Is there anything else I can do?

How much do you charge?

haha

I am kinda lazy when it comes to these kinds of things, I am going to try some polish with a dremel, that should work for the tight areas, I hope. Prolly get a buffing wheel for the bigger spots.

i have a sweet tip for cleaning the non- polished parts! (strut housings, shock mounts, etc.) at your local auto parts store, buy the brand "EAGLE ONE- ETCHING MAG CLEANER" spray this on and hose off. it will make your the rough cast aluminum parts on polaris machines, bright aluminum like new!!!! bin doin it for years on my mag wheels on my cars, and just recently tried it on my wheeler. WOW! looks sweet!

i use mothers polish like dgscrambler400 and i just wipe it on with a old tshirt and when it turn real black i wipe it off. works great. i just wish it would stay like that. it seems to come off after a couple of washes then i haft to do it again. but it is worth it couse i can sit out their and stare at my bike and drink beer for hours.
