Default FMF vs. DG silencers

if it gained nothing why does your sig say u have a dg exhaust system and that it is very fast? if the fmf is so much better why not get that?

i should get the HPD pipe even with the FMF silencer and cluth it according to the pipe?

i just can't figure out how the hot seat guy against the fmf guy have dialed-in his setup trough,the hot seat pipe is no junk at all comparing to fmf,i knwon cauze i had 3 of them,the first one and 2 gen 2 chrome pipe with race mods,a good pipe will not perform well without proper tweaking,,you should give your friend hot seat pipe a try,you'll find out

There are SOOOO many variables in saying (Mine with part X will is better than His with part Z)

There is not enough information,
I am sure if the person using a FMF pipe also happens to have a bunch of other mods like:::

-99 Scrambler 400 2x4 (Was 4x4)
-FMF Gold Series Gnarly Pipe
-Turbine Core II Silencer
-K&N Air Filter
-Outerware
-Mod. Air Box
-V-Force Reeds
-Reed spacer
-Wiseco piston
-RcR porting
-RcR head work
-Clutch kit
-14 Tooth Sprocket
-Oil Injector Block Off

VS

Some one with just a HOT SEAT piped, and may or may not be clutched,

That would be a FMF pipe VS Hot Seat
The results would be ::[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img](((Me and him raced when mine was stock....he beat me by 4 quads and then I piped and jetted and I smoked his @ss bad.)))

Default FMF vs. DG silencers

I had the FMF and i really didn't like it. It just wasn't enough for me so i ordered the DG it should be here tommorow. My FMF is in the woods somewhere it fell off and i got mad and just launched over the hill somewhere it was junk. I will tell you all tommorow which one performs better and sounds better k.

k I went riding yesterday and the performance was so much better with the dg and the sound was better it was louder but yet not to loud it was the perfect sound. It surprised me cause i drag raced a boy on a 660 raptor and i actually hung in there for a while even on pavement.

i ran the fmf gnarly pipe and turbine core silencer for a year on my scrammy,the power was a big difference over the stock pipe,thats with stock clutching.the pipe didnt fit to good,the angle of the where it bolts to the motor was way off.the expansion chamber was so close to the motor that it would rub when the motor mounts flexed,i didnt like it..i bought the hpd trail pipe and one of their silencers and i love it,it fits 100% better,sounds better IMO and i noticed a power increase through all rpm ranges,im so happy i got rid of the fmf[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

DG PIPE ABSOLTE GARBAGE, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY & IT'S NOT THAT QIET EITHER, BUT MELLOWER THAN SOME. GO W/ HPD OR RCR POSSIBLY, FMF I HEAR IS NOT BAD EITHER, BUT STAY AWAY FROM DG WHAT EVER YOU DO.
