Hi guys.....I have a friend that is into cars and trucks, and a kid is going/wants to trade an 03 pred for a vehicle....my buddy wants to know what this thing is worth. He says it has only been ridden about 4 hrs, and shows...(**** on tires, no smoke, scratches,etc)....The problem I first thought of was 4 hrs, I don't think he changed the first break in oil.....will this hurt the quad or decrease the value?? Anyways, the kid is scared of the pred, so what do you think it is worth??? I am trying to get my buddy to buy it so we can race in the harescrambles together, need more Preds in there!!!! I doubt 4 hours without an oil change hurt anything internally but I'm not sure on fair price for it.

 

I am gunna say $4500-$4700. The oil thing shouldn't hurt the quad unless during those 4 hours of riding he was full throttle and ripping it up.

 

Thanks guys......I was thinking about 4500 too head.....I know he wasn't beating it during the 4 hrs, because he flat said that he was scared to death of the machine and that is why he is selling it. Thanks guys.

 

a stock pred up in maine wont sell for anything over 4000.
and no the oil thing wont hurt it.
