Flywheel removal....

I have a puller on there as tight as I can turn it,I have hit the bolt with a hammer, I have been spraying it every 15 or 20 minutes with WD-40, I have poured boiling water on it as i read not to use a torch, and it still wont budge....
I need to get it off so I can get it lightened, any other thoughts?

make sure the threads of the puller and any other friction contact point is well lubricated. I smoked an old puller trying to get mine off, so I bought a new puller, greased it up and used an impact gun. It made a pretty good pop when it came off.

As the others have said, use a impact gun and it will come right off. Make sure you are using the right puller and not a two jaw puller. If you use the impact you won't have to worry about it turning on you.

Got it. Finally. Just needed another set of hands.
Made one heck of a pop, ya know the kind where you know it either came off, or something big broke, then there is the nervous half a second when you gotta find out which one it was.
well, it came off, so its all good.
thanks for the help again guys.
