Traildog, in neutral the belt/secondary doesn't move at all, the quad has no creep with the stock clutch set up. Only when the Heel Clicker kit is installed do I have creep. I know have about 300 trouble free miles with the stock set up. I tried the clutch kit right after I got the sportsman.

Would the 2004.5 clutch have the steel/fiber shims on the sprag already? When did the upgraded shims come out?

You have a good point, I'm not sure when the upgrade came out. As you say there is no creep with the stock setup then as far as I can see you are OK. I must have misread your previous post. Sorry for the confusion.
