high idle=boggin on takeoff?
all its got meaning full throttle i asume. then no, its not your idle, its your clutch, it wont engage high enough with the stock settings to not bog from a dead stop when giving it full throttle, but a simple 20 dollar clutch spring can change that

im not really sure what would work best for a stock set up but i would say that a polaris orange or brown would be good and maybe u could get the polaris gold secondary. my set up works great. but a good thing to do would be to call rick ritter. hes the man. he will get u set up. if he asks u how u found out about is shop tell him that mudmaster250 with the dennis shotwell ported cylinder from atvconnection sent u. he should know who i am. i talked to him enough. his web site is www.rittercycle.com and his number is 1-618-644-3211. good luck. hey u might also want to look into his stage one kit. it comes with a pipe silencer combo, jets, air filter and a new clutch spring. its 325 with free shipping and he will set u up with all u need.
