He's on the money with the hub changing procedure, you should use the Polaris demand drive hub fluid or the Mobile ATF for the hubs, it's a sensitive system, if you put a heavier oil or wrong oil it will screw up the hillard system in the hubs.
you should buy a service manual for the Xpedition, they are great source of info. look on ebay, though i saw one earlier tonight
