For top end I would set it at the 1-1 setting

 

I was looking in the service maunaul and you can pput it to the 1-2 position. What will this do for me? Even lower top end and a harder upshift?

 

You wouldn't lose much top end, but it just won't pull out of a corner like the 2-2 does. I have had it on the 1-3 before and didn't like the midrange that I had. It felt kinda sluggish. So, I swithced to the 2-2 and it pulls a lot better in the midrange. I did lose a few mph though. But, I mostly ride ATV trails, so I wanted the midrange hit

 

Well I got the bike back together with the stock buttons. (time issue, had to go stock for now) Also I set the spring 2-2 with a 1/3 turn on assembly. What a difference, I thought it was ok before.................now it's like a whole new ride. Pulls the front end up without powerbreaking.
