the new Fusion is quite a dramatic style change for Polaris sleds. i kinda like the old look better. just place an '04 800xcr (orange) next to the new Fusion and you'll know what i mean.
ArticCat has an orange F7 Sno-Pro700. THAT thing looks HOT for '05!!!!
imho.
.....now, back to quads! LOL!

Sorry ole1,
I have ridden both, and the outlander is far from being a better machine than the sportsman 500ho. It may have more pep but thats it.
I ride on organized rides quite abit. I could count the number of times I have seen an outlander at them on 1 hand. If they are so great, why aren't they selling.
All I got to say is, don't drop it into any mud holes. Not bashing, just talking from personal experience.

Rode my 330 Outlander 4 x 4 over 100 miles last weekend with a 2000 Remington RSE and 2003 Grizzly 660 and went through everything they did (mud, water, hills) w/o any problems and got 26 mpg while doing it. A great machine. And it was almost as fast as that 500 Remington, good thing he had an extra 170 cc's else he would have been in trouble.
