not true... my pred was close to 6300 otd when i got it... and they are still that now... and my 450 was 6900.


the 440 kit was out a while ago... before the 450 was out i believe... but it makes "almost" as much power as the stock engine... meaning to me that it is slower... why would you want that???

polaris needs to grow so facking ***** and maybe even hire some people who know who to build a race quad... because they cant sit back and play with themselves while yamaha and honda smoke them in the race market.
imo... polaris wont sell many race quads if they came out with one... not right off anyway... nothing like yamaha and honda.

 

its quality not quantity hozed...a pred engine will last much longer than a yfz engine, the 450r maybe maybe not i like honda because theyre reliable but not yamaha i got too many friends that have blown engines and trannys on the blasters and have blown engines on the banshee

 

if properly taken care of it will last along while... any fast and high revving engine will blow before a slower and lower revving engine...

 

I wouldnt worry about what the mags and other people say about any quad built. People buy them for their own reasons either money, size, comfort, riding abilities and riding conditions. I never go off of what the mags say, if that was the case I would have to buy a new quad every few months. I say ride and buy what you want and who gives a rats *** what everybody else has to say if it is negative. I like the predator, I like alot of quads, they all have their reasons. So just go out and ride and forget all the BS...[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

You guys are pathetic!!! Look at the results for the last 5 races on both GNC mx and GNCC xc. Not a single prediturd finished top 10, what a embarrassment for a quad that is supposed to be built for racing. The reason why you can get a good deal on one used is because everyone is trying to sell theirs for a much better quad.... one of the new 450's.

Polaris has had their screw up's, but this quad has to be one of the biggest I've seen.

and anyone with brains knows that the top racers will pick the best quads to ride and that doesnt include the predator.
