i wasnt arguing i was just saying to the people that always say they arent in the top 10 and it because like we said,also because polaris and polaris aftermarket distributers wont pay for their parts so they mostly have to pay for it all themselves

 

typing is very different fom riding. we buy quads to do other things than race, I bet if you put doug gust on a pred that was set-up right he would still rule. the japanese companies put lots of money in all forms of racing, whereas polaris does not, so the teams naturally go after the money, racing costs tons of cash. I would be much more interested in a iroc sort of series, the race promoter shows up with bone stock quads deals them out to the riders and drops the flag.Do you really think the z-400 would dominate I don't think so. You can take what people say on the internet, in the magazines, or in the bars, its just talk, you pass me on the trails like I was standing still, and I'll trade my quad in for whatever the latest trend is. By the way the local dealer was selling preds. for $4999. in the spring

 

hmmmm I beleive Kim Kuhnle had another to 10 in the gncc race this past weekend and he races pro on a preddy.....

Are you trying to say that predators outnumber yfz 5:1 ? If you are, and IF that statement is true only because they have been out longer, then isn't that even more evidence based on the lack of predators competing in races, that if you want the highest performance quad, buy one of the 450's. The fact that almost none of the competitive riders choose to ride a predator implies that the machine Blows!! Sponsor ship money has nothing to do with it since only a couple of the riders are sponsored.

Face it sleeper and hozed, you own a overweight, underpowered, inferior designed quad. Your two options are.... be roosted on or trade up!

I think the fact is that people should just give Polaris a little leeway because this is there first frigen manualyy clutch driven quad... lets wait wand see how they do wiht the 05'.........
