Best product to remove scratches on plastic??
I use a high speed buffer with rubbing compound and then finish it with a glaze. It looks new every time. Except for the deep scratches but the scratches from the trees and brush are all removed. I then use pledge for touch up in between light riding periods but after a long hard day of riding is when the buffer comes out. My plastic looks brand new on my 250 and 330. If you have the time it truely works.

For the reallt nasty, deep scratches take a propane torch and CAREFULLY work the flame over the general area of the scratch. It takes some practice but if you do it right the plastic will "flow" and even out the deep scratches and restore the shine to the plastic. The really deep ones won't go away competely but they will be smoothed out. I've done it on both my quads an it works wonders.
Also- I've found that a product sold by EAGLE ONE called Motorcycle Plastic Polish works great as a final step. It shines the plastic but doesn't leave any greasy residue to attract dust like Armor-all type products.
