Quit pussyfooten around and just save your money and get a read conversion done on it then you cand do some upgrades from there. Once you do the conversion you can put the cpi, hpd any of the racepipes on and it will look hot. You dont even have to run race fuel you just have to clutch it to match.......Or you can do one like mine and run with stock banshees. Only takes money.

 

yeh but the age i am right now, i need to be able to pay for drivers ed and a pick up next year. Are you sure i wouldnt have to use race gas? whats the cheapest place to get the reed conversion kit done?

Call Dennis. I don't know mph. I usually run at the sand dunes. All the reed conversions that run with us are as fast as the 400 with a pipe. Once I stroked mine 7mm and put it on race fuel......Holly crap......I am in the process now have a 12mm stroker done bye Dennis. Can't wait!

 

I cant find how much the reed conversion kit is on azbadboys. Have you ever run your trailblazer with just the reed conversion kit? does it run fine?

 

its 550 wit porting and reed box.. u would still need to buy a pipe and clutch springs

 

what pipe do you reccomend? and with what clutch spring combination? i dont want to use race gas, i would prefer regular if i could set it up that way
