looking to make this thing crazy fast and suprise lots of sport quad owners where i ride. i want this thing to rip!!heard about a 600 big bore kit??what else. tired of everyone thinking polaris is a joke. need help with this,2004 500 4x4. i beat this guy on a predator by a bike in lil less than a 1/4 mile,great race i took off first out of hole he caught me half way then i pulled a bike at the end.best race i have been in. before flaming starts,he hardly knew how to ride and really not used to racing,so if he was good rider i KNOW i would have been smoked,period. point is i know how it feels now to beat something that is crazy fast,but now i want mine fast enough to keep up with a pred with an experianced rider. thanks guys!!

Depends on your budget. Their aint really a whole lot out there for the 500's. Four Stroke Tech has a 600 and 628 big bore kits for it. These kits are made primarily for torque. Aaen has a few motor mods for it (H.C.piston, cam, porting) as well as Nicholas Cycle. I have even seen 550 big bore kits on ebay. WEB Cams makes a cam for it too (same specs as Aaen). HPD has a great full exhaust system and their own modified TEAM roller clutch. Like I said, all depends on how much $$$$$ you have to spend
