whered u relocate the shifter too? and how hard is it to remove the reverse gear

I just slipped a pice of conduit over the aluminum "bellcrank" on top of the tranny. Now it sticks out. But it prob wudnt work with a trail pipe. The reverse gear wasnt too bad with the shop manual. U just gotta find a spacer the same thickness as the gear to put in its place. If you think about it.. the thing weighs 5lbs or so. Thats rite much power robbing rotating mass. JMO

I really like the tach, i wonder if i can get a 10,000 rpm tach and wire it up on my pred.

Is that tach made for a single cylinder engine or? and where did you get it?


BTW the the bike looks awesome!
