I thought the same thing being they are in Nova Scotia but they never returned any of my emails....

Default heelclicker in a 04 500

I'm not sure about the 500's I thought they were pretty good from the factory, but the heelclicker made a HUGE diffrence on my 600. I've already loaded it up the steep ramp into my pickup and didn't realize it was still in high range. It really makes a diffrence in low rpm performance. I go thru mudholes without downshifting now, and my belt shows very little wear.
