Bert's Dirt Works had a quad a few years back that had a 800cc or 700cc Polaris motor. It took some machine work, but it seemed to work nicely. It also appear to be fast, maybe even too fast for short tracks. It would have been great for the desert though where it could get going. I remember wathcing it at Shilogh Ridge shooting a 50 foot rooster tail at the end of the 300 ft drag. It looked awesome.

I have Side winder ti-moloy sprockets and chain, with about 8 trips on them and there still flawless. No wear and strech to date. The sales man asured me id be alright with my 55 horse, he also told me about a banshee with 165horse that was running his product and hasnt had a problem yet. None of this 1 or 2 day crap. Theres the chain problem solved not to tie it all down to a custom chassie.
