Default tire size top speed?????

Will changing tire size change my low, mid, or high end? I was thinking of going with 21" on the rear and 22" on the front. It's a 4X4.

If your originals are 24, and your downsizing, then you would definately get more low end. But--DO NOT run different sizes, the gearing in the transfer case and differentials are made to synchronize with the front and rear, thats why 4x4's always have the same sizes.

i doubt you will gain anything on bottom because the smaller tires will not have as much traction. You wont notice a seat of the pants difference imo.

I realize that the 4X4 is geared for certain size tires. I have 22r/23f I was going to downsize the front and rear respectivly.
