Speed control
#1
Just installed a Swisher mower to my Polaris Sportsman. Works great on my 5 acres but need to maintain a 5-7 mph speed otherwise the mowing results aren't that great. Does anyone have any ideas?- Is there a throttle governor kit available?

Bought the mower & all accessories from this company.

The mower is $1200, however I had to buy the mount and also purchased a snowplow. Total with shipping was $2020.00. Might have been able to get it a little cheaper but this is the only company that had all items in stock. Other companies had a 3-5 week backorder. Needed to get the mower ASAP because I just trashed the trans. on my riding mower & it wasn't cost effective to fix. A new tractor with plow would have been 3-4 times this price. I have over 4 acres to cut.
Got the front mower because of the amount of trees on my property. A rear mower would have not been practical getting in & out and up & under the trees.
Only issue was that they would only ship to a building with a loading dock otherwise the shipping tripled. Was able to ship to a company where a friend of mine worked.
