I am cutting my fenders today ( I love the way it looks!!!.......). I was wondering what others have done to protect there leg from the hot exhuast. Can I get a heat shield? leg heat should not be a problem for you. I run no heat shield with my trail pipe out in the open with no problems.

 

yeah you wont have a problem with the pipe.the 500's pipe is tiny compared to the 400's and i also run mine out in the open..and im glad to help[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
