it's better if you call rick. every time i call he is the one that answers the phone and is happy to talk with you about your quad. i have never e-mailed him but i've heard it doesn't work well, he just doesn't have the time.

We discontinued the split brake kit a while back , I have seen one in the Hot Seat catalog though .

I am sorry about returning E-mails (or the lack of returning them) I could spend 2 hours a day on E-mail , there just aren't enough hours in the day . Call me instead .

it would be easier to just not run the rear brake line from the brake lever and plug everything. front brakes with your hand and back brake with your foot.

Thats what I was hoping to do originally. Front with lever, rear with pedal. Could someone please pm or email me with how they did it? What do you use to "plug" the open lines. TBSLEEPER, how do I redo the lines so the backs have a better pedal? Is there a different master cyl? Thnaks alot guys, I really want to get this this going.

i didnt end up doing it but i no if u block the line coming from the front, get a line to go to a T or another master cylinder thing and then run 2 lines coming from that to the rear it would have just as good power as teh front

look at the front junction box for the brakes.there is 3 lines comming off it,2 for the fronts and one for the rear controlled all by the lever.take the line that goes to the back caliper off and put a plug into the junction box where you took the line out.there, you have front brakes..now for the back, you need a junction box like the one in the front, run the line comming from the foot lever to the middle of the junction box and then run 2 lines to the rear caliper, put one where you took the line to the front off and one in the other hole.this should work pretty good, ive never seen it done so im not certain..

Thanks guys, makes sense. It will take me some time to do it, but I will keep you informed.

Anyone else have this or seen it done?

from a NAPA auto store.
