I am running 27" Gators on my EFI, for mud only. They rub the inner fender when the suspension compress in the front and rear if I am carrying a load. If I had it to do over again I would go with 26" Mud Bugs. Yes, it comes with 25" tires from the factory. As far as price goes, it just depends, you could ask that question and get 15 different answers, just so happens the Sharon @ Big Buck ATV has done might right on more than one occasion.

I noticed you have ranger front springs? Did they help? and did you try to tighten the bottom nut on the shock mount to stiffen the front springs?

also. do they only rub with a load on the racks and does the back rub?

one last question LOL is the rub real bad or light?

What about large tread Mud Grips such as outlaws etc. with 1.5" of tread? The extra tread make a difference?

Im looking for a real RANK look! But I dont want to do to much wear and tear on the suspension and cv's.

Prior to the Ranger springs the gators would rub enough to make me say damm, it sounded worse than it was though. I haven't run it with the ranger springs yet getting some warranty work done. The back rubs with 200+ pounds of cargo and me on the machine, normally they dont rub the rear at all though. Prior to getting a good deal on the ranger springs I was just gonna live with the rub, so I would say again it aint bad.
There is no nut on the front springs to adjust that would affect the front struts or springs.

alot of people run 28 outlaws on there 700s I believe all you would have to do is take you shocks off and get some spacers to place under the springs. then re-install the shocks.

Where in Florida are you??

I would like more info on the spacers and the springs if any have done that I would like to know how it worked.
As it is If I hit a bump real hard the stock tires will rub in back so I dont know how 28's could work. Not doubting you though.

I live in North Port Florida right outside the Estates where many ride. Its southwest florida just south of venice and sarasota.

This is a quote from a guy on highlifter.

To lift the front you can use the Progressive adjustable springs or make a spacer that fits under your stock springs. You can use pipe from a hardware store, cut to length,a hockey puck or anything you can think of as long as it will support the weight.I got 1-2" of lift with the Progressive kit and it is adjusted only a slight bit-4 turns up to be exact. They are a little on the expensive side, but are well worth it.
