i already hae my moose light but i want more, soething to shine farther, the moose lights are 35 watts, i dont want to get rid of them but i want to add lights, im thinking to small 35 watts or 50 watts, or maybe two small car lights like tb sleeper has or two of teh trailtech lights. they are wicked bright. i could get rid of the stock light if it would help my battery any. but im gonna get my flywheel racelightened anyway so im not gonna have a beattery so do i need to get my stator rewound for the brighter lights or will teh stock one handle it. if not how much does this cost. i can do it when im having my flywheel done.,thanks, scott

If you get ones for a car, look at the wattage. Some are rated at 100 watts. Too much for a quad. I put 55 watt driving lights on mine. Worked great in the back yard. When I took them out on the trail, they worked fine until the switch broke.

whats teh rated out put for a tb, cuz i have two 35 watts already, i wanna get two car lights and put them where teh stock light is, like round the hole out and stick them sideby side. or i could jsut save up and get the trailtech HIDs HID pictures HID prices they arnt cheap but the difference between those and halogens is like the difference between halogens and stock and they only have a rated draw of 13 wats. i could put like 4 on and still run my two moose lights and thats only 122 watts with no stock headlight. but thats alot of money. i think i could deal with two spot beams from trailtech cuz my moose lights can shine really bright up close and they shine fairly wide.

im not gettin rid of my moose lights. so i cant run two 55 watt lights with out a stator rewind and that would be 30 dollars for two lights and then 70 some dollars for a stator rewind and then i could just buy a HID light
