Not too sure I like the idea of anything with the word "fuse" sitting right under my butt.

Default White Bros Silencer

Hi, my name is Adam Hanson. I own a 2004.5 Sportsman 600twin 4x4. I recently installed a Pure Polaris White Bros silencer on my Sportsman. I would have to say it is one of the best things i've added to my quad. The silencer is lighter than your stock unit. You can also change the sound if the silencer by adding or removing sound disc at the back of the silencer. I think they sound killer right out of the box. I live way up in northern mn, and there are tons and tons of polaris sportsmans in the area. But only a few people (like me) have really tapped in to the full power making potental of their sportsman.cool;

Good to hear you like your Pure Polaris, and welcome to the fourms.

Yes you need to rejet....That is if you have opened up your air box, if you have not done this then no don't rejet. If you want to get everything you can out of the pipe then you need to open the air box up, and jet it.
