I strongly recommend not makin it louder just for the hell of it. Go with the MT Quiet Muffler. Best power but its quiet, a good thing. If your tryin to make it louder you will just **** off people and we dont need that for our great sport.

the 400ex will waste a scramber 400. the scrammy weighs alot more, and atv action said that the throttle response is horrible. it may start off faster thanks to the automatic tranny but its not going to out run the 400ex. i hate it when people think that their 4 wheeler is the best just 'cause they have it.

Tyson if your basing your info on a mag then your full of yourself. A slightly modded !(a pipe and clutch kit) scrammy 400 will BEAT A 400EX!

My good friend that I go riding with every weekend has a modded 400ex. He has a pro circuit pipe on it and that thing was dead even with my machine before I got my trail pipe and clutch kit. So I know what the ex is capable of. I also have had the pleasure of ridin with someone who has a 440ex. That was a sweet machine!

I mean if Tyson has not had the pleasure of racing a machine like mine I would be more than welcome to line up with him and have it a go

i dont need too. the 400ex weighs in the 370's and the scramble 500 weighs 571 , i dont quite know how much the 400 weighs but i imagine its pretty close to the 500. and i not baising my info on a mag. i have a polaris and im ride my freinds all the time and i know that the throttle response is horrible. not trying to start a war here.

I'm not tryin to start a war either Tyson but the 500 and 400 are two different machines. The 400s are capable of nearly 90hp, its completely different from the 500. And I know that the ex weighs in at 375 while the scrammy around 480. But its easy to put a scrammy on a diet and shed a large amount of weight.
