buy 40 ouncers and put a switch on your handlebars. wire up a windshield washer pump from the auto parts store.run a cork in the top of the 40 ouncer with a hole for the tubing. put end of tube in mouth push switch while riding.

 

It sounds like he's gettin the shake up effect though. Not much help for that. The only thing I can think of is to have them floating. Try more water in the cooler to absorb the shock. Cheers and salute!

Man when i ride horses i just throw em in a soft cooler bag and stick em in the saddle bags full of ice and always take cans of like Budwieser or bush and then when you want one just open it as fast as possible and suck the head off. wrap cans in old newspaper ,it works great and it keeps them cold as well

 

take styrofoam(2") and drill holes the size of the cans, cut foam to size of cooler, apply ice and enjoy!!!!!!
