In California if you get caught drinking and driving, it doesn't matter what your on, ie: car, atv, lawnmover, HORSE, etc. You loose your license. Just not worth it. Be safe

Man thats crap. LEAVE MY HORSE ALONE!!! I aint the one driving the horse is. man cant a guy have a designated driver anymore. better not get in the passenger seat if you had a few cuz you'll loose your liscense if that poor sober guy drivin gets pulled over Im playin. But seriously thats crap Im movin to monatana where a responsible man can stop at the store on his way home and have a beer or two. If your drunk your drunk. dont matter if you drinkin it in the car or not. its not illegal to have a couple beers. you finish the 6pak while your drivin, your over the limit unless your one large dude. so if i have like 1 beer an hour on my horse am i gonna get like an open container or sompin????? If it's one an hour, your alright, unless you weigh like, 75 poundsYour body will burn off the alcohol in that hour

Oh looks like I found the thread...ooookkkk.
Anyways, on the D&D or Open Container...I don't know how many times the *BOSS* has come back into the shop in our flat bed with a brown bag with a Corona in it. Or the Office Manager pouring herself some wine in a coffee mug for the drive home. Eeek. Sometimes you just want people to get b*tch slapped once. I know on the boss's old truck the compartment between the bucket seats ('97 F-150) STUNK of stale beer from all the Corona bottle caps in there. All I can say is stay the he!! away from my riding areas. The last thing I need to worry about is some bumba$$ drinking and driving on the trails. I have a friend that has a life long reminder about this issue. Better yet let me know when you're coming so I can have your sorry butts arrested. That way we are both in a safe place!!!! You can drink all you want and know that you're safe and I can ride all I want and know that I am safe from you!!!

The only time I drink and ride is during hunting season when I've got a loaded gun on the quad with me
