well the title says it, i may be getting a 03 Z400 piped soon and i want to know if it will still have the power i have now or if i'm gonna have to dump a little bit more money into it to get the same amount of power. i know since its a manual it should be just about as good as mine or thats what i am hoping. what do you guys think?

 

It's hard to judge because the power delivery is so much different. I think you will be happy will the Z's power though, and it is very easy to make it faster.

 

well see my buddy has a 500 scrammy with an FMF megamax on ther and some other stuff and hes pretty fast, i can take him now with what i got but i wanna know if i am going toregret this.

 

I highly doubt that you will regret it. After I ride my bro in laws Z for a while I dont want to get back on my scrambler [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-frown.gif[/img] but then we drag race and I'm happy again [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

hehe yeah but ii know my friends scrammy 500 isnt near as fast as yours.

I would go to the Suzuki fourm and ask some questions frist....and do some research. I ride with a guy that has a Z and he's trying to sale it. I can see what his bottom dollar is.
