Hey all. I recently put a e-series silencer on my '03 scrambler. Thanks by the way for all ur info for helpin me choose an exhaust. I love this thing, it sounds SO bad *** and tons of bottom/mid end. ANYWAYS my dealer (who is not anymore) told me that I must rejet with this exhause so I said alright and got them to do that too. Now since then I read an artical reviewing the E-Series and it said one really nice feature is that you do not need to rejet. WELL obviously it is too late and I was just thinkin since I did rejet I should be adding or subtracting more disks. If anyone has an e-series on a 500 scrambler and has it jetted, how many disks are you running? Thanks a lot.

You show a K&N filter in your sig. With the new pipe and that type filter you would want to rejet. Just check your plug to see if your mix is right.

 

7 discs no rejeting with K&N.You can do a plug check and if you are too rich ad a disc and check until you get it but you are safer to be a little rich than take a chance on leanning out too much.When you get a chabce reclutch it and you will be surprised at the power.
