Default whys it keep eating bearings!!!!!!

The lip seals are designed to keep water and other contaminants out and grease in to an extent. The seal only goes on one way. If you look closely at the seal you will see that pressure created on the inside face of the rubber seal will allow the lip to lift. If pressure is applied from the outside the seal gets tighter on the axle. If you apply to much grease to fast into the housing you can "pop" the seal out. It is a good idea to slowing apply the grease to the housing until you see the grease come out the seals. This creates to film of grease between the rubber seal and the axle which will help the seal last longer and prevent the seal from grooving the axle.
