I'm not handy enough to design or build my own, but I did order an Aluminum radiator guard that is powdercoated red to match my bumper from a guy on EBAY. Just waiting for delivery. 89.00. Not bad.

I have only had it stuck 1 time where I used it in the mud and it had no problem pulling me out. When I first got it I tried it out up at the TN/NC line and it pulled me almost straight up the rock. I didn't even use a pull block and it pulled me with no problem at all. I am going to buy a pull block though just in case I put it some where really bad. I had a superwinch 2000# before this one and it pulled really good but it looked to puney on the 700 so I took it off and sold it.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...spagename=WDVW is the link. Not sure how long it will take for him to get me the powdercoat Red, as he said he has them fabricated, then powder coated, as soon as I know, I'll post.

Just got a reply, the gentleman is hoping to send some out for powder coat in the very near future, and will let me know when they are ready for shipment. I've asked him if it's okay to post his email to you guys, so he can avoid the EBAY fee's, I'lll let you know what he says.

Sure is a sweet looking guard though!

I'm interested in the radiator weep hole fix. Any possiblity that there will be an aftermarket fix for this? If I try to make one I'll cut my hand off for sure

The ideas are great though, I'd actually like to find a water proof (watertight) plug for the accessory outlet on the headlight pod, seems like it's always got little bits of rust in it when I look in there, and I don't use the thing. I'd like to just plug it up with something that isn't permanent, but will keep water out completely.
