Default 700 sportsman racks

I was wondering if anybody has put rhino lining or somthing like it on top of the racks to make them tougher. Mine where I have hauled my coolers and atv boxes it has really wore the back rack down. I tought I would take them off and put some rhino lining or something like it on them. Tell me what you think.

did you think about just adding some 1/8" steel strips accross the racks? they might hold up better the rhino lining.

Hey 2004sp500ho, why do you have the pins in your swaybar? I understand it would get you more travel, but won't it pull the shaft out of the CV joint?

One more question, Mr Sportsman70003, Could you take a pic of the nerf bars you have from under your bike. I'm going to need to fab something myself, I just had to buy a new footwell for mine. Hate to make spending $134.00 on the footwell a habit!

I trail ride alot and enjoy the ride with the sway bar disconnected ... i haven't seen any issue with the CV joints or axels. I keep the pin in the upper sway bar to keep the poly spacer and washer from comming off when riding ... i also don't have to search for those parts if i have to reconnect the sway bar on the trail.
