Also I think I should replace the rear sprocket while I'm at it, should I stay with the stock number of teeth or change? Thanks for the help

I agree with DID on the chain......don't really know about the sprocket....I have heard of sprocketspecialties and sidewindersprockets......both of which I have heard problems with, and have heard they are high priced.....there is also some good reports too....your decision....

Your Front sprocket shuold be 13 tooth
Your Rear sprocket should be 36 tooth
Your chain should be 76 tooth
Also if you do alot of riding and want what is probably the best chain and sprockests on the market, check out the following:
http://www.sidewindersprockets.com
They are expensive, but it will most likely be the last chain and sprockets you ever buy for you machine

I always replace the chain, front and rear sprockets at the same time. As the chain stretches, it rides on the teeth of the sprockets, wearing them down. They need to be replaced all together. If you replace just the chain, it will wear out faster. Same thing if you just replace one sprocket and the chain.
I've used sidewinder sprockets and chains on my CR500 dirt-bike. They were spendy and wore out just the same as any other steel sprockets. The front sprocket is chromoly and doesn't matter where you get it. You'll get the same one from sidewinder as you get from any other manufacturer. They do make a rear sprocket, and it is nice. But not nice enough in my opinion.
My conclusion is it wears out as fast as the chain stretches. Focus on a good high tensile strength chain and get decent sprockets.
