All brands considered what do you guys think the best combination of sport and utility in a quad would be. Looking for one with 4x4 but sporty at the same time. Best of both worlds. One thats fast and agile on the trails but can sling mud with the best of them. I currently have a 425 Magnum with a white primary, supertrapp ids2, and k@n. I'm considering modding the engine but not so sure if its worth it. I'm sorta leaning towards the scrambler but looking for opinions. What do you all think???

I picked up the 05 scrambler 500 HO. I love it. I already have the sportsman (now the wife's) This gives me a good trial ride, and still able to do jumps and stuff. I haven't compared other quads. I know of a few other scrambler owners and they like theirs so I stuck with the brand I know. Polaris has always treated me well so I stay with them.

Jayblazer is a honest man, I'm also sure a Prairie 700 will please you.

I've always been a big fan of the Sportsman line. They seem to do everything very well. The new 800 will be something to see for sure!

all of the new offerings from the manufacturers are pretty awesome (with the exception of the rincon, i don't like that tranny). if it were me i'd look no further than 3 quads, Brute Force, King Quad, and Sportsman 800, probably in that order.

I'm ready for a mag to do a shootout with these three. That will be something to see...

Get a Scrammy 400, mod the motor to about 60 horse, and add a tranny with low range. Non of the big, heavy crap these guys mentioned will touch it

I have thought about the big three but up here in Canada there $11000. pretty rich. A couple of buddies have vinsons and they're happy with them decent speed and power but I'd like something a little lighter with more jam and with 2 and 4 wheel drive. Doesnt seem to be many that fit in that category.
