Default Which snowplow is the best?

I have no idea which plow is the best. I must order from a brochure - no way to take a look at a plow at the dealer because they have nothing in stock. (I am in Europe - poor dealerships) I would like to get the most solid and rugged plow on the market. Does anybody know the "state-plow? or what about the glacier razor plow of Polaris? Any other good stuff out there?

Can anybody recommend a good brand?

We have no powder like in Colorado, we get really heavy and deep, wet snow over here.

I have 2 cycle counrty plows. A 48" with their electric lift kit on a Yamaha Timberwolf 250 2x4 & a 60" using a winch for lifting on my Polaris Scrambler 500 4x4. I use chains on the yamaha, but don't need them on the scrambler. Both plows are the standard blades & angle easy by hand. Hope this helps.

I just bought a 60" glacier plow with a warn 2.5ci winch and let me tell ya it's awesome. the plow goes on and comes off in a matter of 15seconds, so easy a young kid could do it. the plow is really nice and for anyone who plans to plow all winter but at the same time plans to take the plow off to ride during the same season needs to take a look at the glacier plow system.

I also found a website that has really low prices and free shipping, the site is www.rcsoffroad.com I had my choice between the glacier from polaris and a complete warn system with winch and plow setup from rcs. rcs has a complete setup with the warn 2.5ci winch and 60"warn blade for $689 with free shipping. if you email them and ask for a discount they will email you back with a discount code to enter when you order which takes an additional $10 off your order. so you can get the warn setup for $679 delivered.

I had the Cycle County Polairs version on my 2002 HO but only 48" because I thought it would move dirt better. It didn't really move dirt very well and it was a little too narrow for pushing snow. I now have the 60" Glacier and I think it is a much better system so far. I think is is very well built and designed. As Silverbullet said, it is so easy to mount and unmount! I will buy this one again.
