What do you mean by clunk? Like does it sound like it is from the engine or where?

The Sportsman twins have that clunking sound. It is in the clutches. Has something to do with the EBS system I believe

Does it just make a clunk sound or does it make the sound and kind of jerk a little at the same time?

My bet is that it is the driven clutch I have had two different clutch kits in mine.I now have the heel clicker clutch in, before I had the highlifter super duty clutch. I noticed the highlifter clutch was maybe alittle quieter making the clunk sound but it was still there notice I said alittle. The highlifter super duty clutch kit is for sale on ebay if anyone is interested.
