RCR 414cc kit- HOW FAST?
#1
Well. You guys have followed my discussions and decision to buy the RCR 414cc upgrade for my Trail Boss 325. Now I have to wait. Rick at RCR is backed up and I am looking at a few weeks yet.
Just for fun, How fast do you think it will go. It will be machined to 414cc with a new JE High performance piston (used in the White Brothers 416 kit for the 400ex as well) and a high perf. cam shaft. I allready have the K&N, pipe, and primary clutch sping.
As of now I can hit about 44 MPH. What's your guess?

Thanks Quadbuster
Very impressive. 414 beat a stock 2000 Scrambler 400 easily out of the hole by 2 lengths and ended up losing a 100 yard drag by 4 lengths. Not too bad. A stock Trail Boss 325 would at no point be in the lead and would lose by about 10 to 11 lengths. Very impressive kit.
