Default 04 atp carburation

my brother has a 04 500 atp with 25 hours on it ,it seems to run good and runs pretty much dead even with my 04.5 500ho in a drag race .the problem is the amount of fuel it burns compared to mine when we go riding he will use 3/4 of a tank of fuel and mine will still be on full ,I know that the gas guages aren"t real accurate but even when you look in the tanks you can see his has used a lot more fuel,he is a very conservative rider compared to me ,it seems to be running rich at idle and low speed ,ican see it smoking when riding behind him on slow tight bush trails ,I was wondering if anyone else has noticed this on their 500atp,it is almost like the choke stays on slightly, but it does seem to idle okay.

The ATP is built on the magnum chassis and uses the same fuel tank as the magnum (3.25 gallon) while your Sportsman has a 4.75 gallon tank.
