Well I'm getting very anxious to get a Quad and have narrowed it down to about four models of which two are made by Polaris, one is the 2 stroke TrailBlazer. I would like to know how good these are and what kind of power/torque/acceleration they have from standing still. I'm not looking for the speed but acceleration would be nice. Also what are the handling characteristics and how good is it for maneuvering on very tight trails ? One of the other models that I'm looking at is the Scrambler 500 but it looks very heavy @ 571Lbs. Does anyone know what is the HP rating for the 250cc and 500cc motors are.

 

The 250 is a good trailbike. It has perty good acceleration stock, but awith a few mods it will stand up for you . The 500 is also a good one. It has alot more power than the 250. I enjoy my 250's but they are also banshee fast.
