1fastpolaris's 12mm will easily hang with stock banshee's like nothin ... just by hearin that thing, its a monster ..... and the front end still comes up like crazy with the 4 inch extended swingarm .... I gaurentee it will hang with a nasty ported 400

I'll be interested in long term reliability due to rod angle. Wander if Dennis could chime in and tell what rod and piston he's using. If not then that's OK too. Maybe it's his little secret. I'm doing more with Banshees these days but I am still curious.

I just came inside from taking my 12 out for a ride down the street and around the block. I can't tell for sure because I can't hold the the throttle wide open for a very long time but IT sure feels like my boys race mod. I won't be able to race it any more because he just had his stroked 7 times over. I think I will be able to hang with some race mods. Believe what u want but this screams. I guess we will just find out hopefully next weekend if i can swing it.

Yes I did. She runs great but had a problem with the bottom end. Was bogging a bit. Felt like my clutching was binding. was going to switch out the primary from the 7 to the 12mm and see if that was the problem but didn't have my puller with me. Dennis kinda thinks it might be the pipe. He had to shorten the exhaust manifold so the pipe would clear the steering. This is a non concentric. My concentric had no problem with steering. By doing that may have taken away the bottom end. It feels like the primary to me.
Well anyways didn't get much chance to race anyone that was stock. Wanted to race a yfz, pred, or a banshee but only race a piped shee. My son and I both raced him up a steep hill at competition and beat him three times by a bike and a half. Raced a piped pred and beat him off the line and he would get me at the mid top. This quad has alot more potential once we figure out what the bogging is. Raced the 7mm up the hill and I would just keep pulling away. I way 20#s more. Going to try to go Thanksgiving if not wil be going for sure New Years.
