anyone heard of a polaris cyclone??
Hi Ryanman,
I'm replying to your Q. I have a 1987 Polaris Cyclone 250X. I've acquired it about 2 months ago from my nephew. From what I've heard, they only made less then 500 of these quads in that one year. If you would like to see some pics, i could send you some.

I bought it off my nephew, because he said he blew the engine. I thought about having it rebuilt. It acts like it wants to start though. It has compression, and i cleaned out the carb. My nephew said he smoked all his buddies, bald tires and all. The thing is built like a tank. It looks pretty good still after 17 years. Would it be worth to rebuild? top? bottom? both? or sell?
