CARA FUNDS IT ALL - ---

When you watch the show, think about how CARA (HR.701/S.25) will fund more of
these atrocities if you allow your Senator to vote for it. CARA funds will
leech their way into supported many of the GORE instigated land grab proposals.

The Little Darby Creek is a proposed new Wildlife Refuge in Ohio. The Fish and
Wildlife Service does not require any authorization to create a wildlife refuge.
If CARA passes Congress, they will likely not be required to ask Congress for
money either.

Fish and Wildlife agents and their green surrogates will be able to create new
Wildlife Refuges just about anywhere they want. It won't take long until most
open space and farmland will look "endangered" and in need of the a new Wildlife
Refuge to protect the land from you.


Your Senator may tell you that the land agents can only use the money in
"authorized areas". That is likely to go away at the last minute like so many
of the other so-called protections CARA sponsors have talked about. They put it
in the bill and then drop it at a later date. In retail they call that "Bait
and Switch."

WHAT YOU SHOULD DO TO PLAN
FOR OR FOLLOW UP ON THE SHOW:

-----Call at least five other people to get them to watch it.

-----Forward this message to your entire E-mail list.

-----Call your local newspaper to urge them to write about it. You have
more time now that the show has been scheduled for September 9-10.

-----Call your local FOX affiliate to urge them to promote it.

-----Make sure you tape record it if at all possible.

-----Send a copy to your Senators and Congressman. Don't assume anyone
else will do it. It's ok if they get more than one.

-----Deliver a copy of the film to your newspaper.

-----Show the film at public meetings from now until the election.

-----Be prepared at the end of the show to deluge FOX News with E-mails thanking
them for airing the show and urging them to do it again.

-----Call your Senators at the temporary FREE number (800) 241-7109 or the
permanent Capitol Switchboard number (202) 224-3121 to urge them to oppose the
huge $3 billion per year LAND GRAB ($45 billion over 15 years).
