One of the guys I ride with bought one of those Viper winches off ebay. He is looking for a mounting braket now. Anyone know if a Warn, Ramsey, or Superwinch would work? I told him I could make one, but he wants to try to buy one first.

 

troyer, i bought a similar winch to the viper on overstock.com. It has 2 mounting holes..right? If you have a sportsman, they sell mounting plates on ebay for 40 bucks which was the one i used. You do need to buy roller fairlead for that plate to work correctly. It was a pretty simple installation. hope this helps
