Is the 6X6 immposible to get stuck?
#2
I have a 6x and two of my friends do too. They are pretty incredible. We are usually the ones to go in and see if it's too deep. They'll high center the same as a quad, but you can usually back out of it due to the extra axle. When you do get a 6x stuck, it's usually due to the heavy front end sinking. I seen the test ride write up in Dirt Wheels and completely agree with them. It's a great machine. Comes in handy moose hunting too. You can see our 6x's in action at our website.

I had a 93 6x6 untill this year when I traded it for the Scrambler. I am kicking myself for getting rid of it. I didn't get squat on trade for it and should have just kept it. It was the most brutal quad I've ever seen. It would go places and do things that no one else would even think about. It did ride a little rougher than the 4x4 but it would carry all our camping gear way up into the hills. If you were ever going to plan an expedition to some remote part of the world that would be the machine to take. Ours was bullet proof and sometimes more fun to ride than the 4x4's. The ultimate 6x6 would be if they used the IRS of the Sportsman and the new 700 twin. You would have the plush ride and power to match. I don't think there would be anythng that could match it.

I know it is next to impossible to get one stuck,
even more so with trax. The biggest problem with
the trax is it takes the fun out of it,it will
go almost anywhere.I have mine for sale so I can get a 400 explorer. If you want to go where no 4
wheeler can even think of going put trax on your
6x6.
