I got a 2004 Sportsman 600 I already put a K& N air filter and a jetting kit from heelclicker on but I'm still looking for some more cheaper mods.

 

have you installed the three headlight modifaction or the reverse override mod. you can search this forum for "headlight" and get the directions and parts list needed or look up elkbow and pm him, he sells kits. you can do both these mods for less than $25.

 

you say you have the jet kit and filter, did you put in a clutch kit? You can add a clutch kit, either call Dan at Heelclicker or contact Dalton clutches, both are extremely helpful....I think working with Dalton I have the setup I need for running at high altitude here in new mexico...

your other choices are pipes....if you don't mind the noise....these are cheap mods, but you will see the most performance change.....
