Before you consider insuring an older ATV I would seriously recommend you ask the agent what is the maximum they will pay you in case of a claim. The "book" values on older ATV's may not make it worth your while.

Snowwolfe, Thats a great question to ask. If a quads book is only 1500$ that makes the ins question not much of a problem. That is also the main reason I am so high on Liberty Mutual. My agent ask me how much coverage I wanted to pay for, not what the book value is. Replacement cost is always much higher than book value.

Just make sure your agent can show you in writing how much they will pay you for a total loss.

I pay $300 a year on the Raptor.

just started a policy w/progressive
25/50/10 for $75/year
